What we do
We provision and manage advertising accounts, handle ad-spend billing, plan and buy media on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and Spotify, manage verification and policy compliance, and implement the tracking that measures the result. What is in scope for your business is whatever the signed agreement between us says it is.
We tell you what we think a budget will do, including when we think it will not do much.
What we cannot promise
No agency can guarantee a specific advertising result, and we do not. What a campaign returns depends on your offer, your market, your creative, your pricing and the auction on the day. Anyone who promises you a fixed return, a fixed cost per lead or a permanent account is not telling you the truth.
The platforms decide what runs. An ad, an account or a payment method can be reviewed, restricted or refused under rules the platform sets and changes without notice. We work those rules and appeal decisions we think are wrong, but the decision is never ours.
What we are responsible for is the quality of the work: that campaigns are built, launched and watched properly, that spend goes where it was agreed to go, and that what we report is what actually happened.
What we need from you
Accurate information about what you sell, and access to the accounts, domains and analytics the work needs. We will not run advertising for a claim we know or suspect to be false, and we will stop work where one is produced. A misleading ad is the fastest route to a disabled account.
We also need you to answer us. Budgets, creative approvals and billing all have dates, and an account we cannot reach is an account that stops spending.
Fees and ad spend
Our fees, the billing arrangement and any credit terms are set out in the agreement we sign with you before work starts. If a charge is not in that agreement, we do not make it.
Ad spend is separate from our fee. It is money paid to the advertising platforms for your campaigns, it is your budget rather than our income, and it is set and changed by you.
Accounts and access
Where we provision an advertising account for you, who owns it, what happens to it when we stop working together, and how access is handed over are set out in that same agreement. Ask before you sign if any of it is unclear — it is the clause people wish they had read.
Stopping
You can stop working with us on the notice the agreement sets. Tell us and we will hand over what is yours.
We may stop where we are asked to do something dishonest or against a platform's rules, where spend cannot be settled, or where we cannot reach you for long enough that live campaigns can no longer be managed safely.
Your information
How we handle what you give us is set out in our privacy policy.
